Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly.
• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register efficiently and provide excellent customer service.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior work experience in a retail environment is a plus.
