Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service by assisting customers, processing purchases, and maintaining a tidy store.
• Work collaboratively with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory, provide feedback on products, and contribute to maintaining a secure and efficient store environment.
• Operate cash registers and maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
