We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a crucial part of our store operations, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Stock shelves and maintain displays with precision
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Contribute feedback on products and inventory
• Adhere to company policies and procedures for cash handling and security

Requirements

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Excellent communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Prior experience in a retail setting is preferred
