Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the overall store appearance. Your collaboration with the ALDI team will enhance the shopping experience for our valued customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Perform cashier duties, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory counts and ensure accuracy.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Comply with established policies, procedures, and maintain document security.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and common store equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
