We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the team.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience through exceptional service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and process customer purchases.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform cleaning duties.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
