Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a vital part of the store, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment. Your role will enhance the shopping experience for our customers through exceptional service and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate efficiently with management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in store inventory management and adhere to cash policies.
• Follow company policies, ensure document security, and maintain confidentiality.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash register operation.
• Capable of using store equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively.
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience.
