Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our store maintains a welcoming atmosphere for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stock management, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Operate cash registers efficiently and adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold company standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform physical tasks as required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
