Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as Store Team Members at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the store maintains its high standards. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and provide excellent customer service.
• Stock shelves and maintain merchandise displays.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient operation.
• Assist in inventory control and accurate stock management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
