Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI store. As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the store appearance to create a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and merchandise displays neatly
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Monitor inventory accuracy
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to operate a cash register
• Excellent communication skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
