Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dedicated team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills in your role.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures while prioritizing security and confidentiality.
• Complete assigned duties and tasks as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently.
• Capable of operating equipment and performing cleaning tasks to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
• Organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
