Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in the overall store operations, including merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment. Enhance the shopping experience for our customers by providing exceptional service and collaborating effectively with the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI M.A.P. mindset in daily activities.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and ensure well-organized displays.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational matters.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality.
• Perform other assigned duties as required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficiently operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Work autonomously and collaboratively in a team setting.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
