Job Description

Join the ALDI team as a Store Team Member where you will play a vital role in ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining store cleanliness to uphold our high standards.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience.
• Stock merchandise, maintain displays, and ensure shelves are neatly organized.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Follow company policies and procedures, including maintaining inventory accuracy and adhering to cash handling protocols.
• Conduct store inventory counts and report any discrepancies.
• Perform general cleaning duties to uphold store cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register proficiently.
• Capable of handling equipment such as an electric/manual hand jack and floor scrubber.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and within a team.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is an advantage.
