Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join us as store team members at Aldi. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and collaborating with the team to deliver exceptional service. This is a full-time position averaging 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $17.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core values and professionalism in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize product displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and seek feedback for continuous improvement.
• Support inventory management and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and various store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
