Job Description

We are hiring a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate with us, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include stocking shelves, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness to create an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Stock merchandise and maintain store appearance.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Follow company policies and procedures diligently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
