Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our store's appearance, providing excellent customer service, and working collaboratively with our team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Enhance customer shopping experience by providing exceptional service.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays, and ensure cleanliness of the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and perform general cleaning duties.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
