Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a crucial part of our team, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store remains organized and customer-friendly.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Stock shelves, process purchases, and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with the team and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and participate in store counts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
