Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and provide exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Performing cashier duties and processing customer purchases
• Stocking shelves and maintaining organized merchandise displays
• Providing exceptional customer service and assisting shoppers
• Collaborating with team members and communicating effectively
• Following inventory procedures and reporting any issues to management
• Adhering to cash policies and company guidelines

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate cash registers and other store equipment
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
• Prior retail experience is preferred
