Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, merchandising products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a tidy store appearance.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient store operations.
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Follow company policies and procedures for inventory management and cash handling.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
