Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service, stocking merchandise, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week, starting at $17.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate professionalism and excellent customer service skills.
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Assist in inventory management and store cleanliness.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide courteous service and operate a cash register.
• Experience operating equipment and performing general cleaning tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
