Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and maintain product displays.
• Deliver top-notch customer service and assist shoppers.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management.
• Participate in inventory management and uphold cash policies.
• Adhere to company procedures, maintain cleanliness, and perform general store tasks.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate equipment and follow company policies.
• High school diploma or equivalent is desirable.
