Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a crucial part of our team, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining the store's appearance. By collaborating with your ALDI team members, you will elevate the shopping experience and provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Execute daily tasks while demonstrating ALDI's core competencies.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize displays.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and support a seamless shopping experience.
• Communicate effectively within the team and with management.
• Assist in inventory management and adhere to cash handling policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and following company policies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
