Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join Aldi's team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, providing exceptional customer service, and working collaboratively with the Aldi team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and assist customers with their shopping experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to the management team.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and confidential environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
