Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and provides exceptional customer service. This full-time position offers 32-40 hours per week with a starting wage of $16.50 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products, cashier, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by collaborating with team members.
• Provide feedback to management on products, inventory, and customer issues.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures, ensuring store security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
