Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, and ensuring merchandise display quality.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain a clean store environment.
• Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Stock shelves, merchandise products neatly, and provide exceptional customer service.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations to management.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
