Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store is well-organized, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to a positive shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Stock shelves and maintain product displays.
• Operate cash registers efficiently.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist customers with their shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Participate in inventory management and monitoring.
• Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain store cleanliness.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
