Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our dynamic team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. By providing exceptional customer service and working collaboratively with the ALDI team, you will contribute to enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly stock shelves
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor inventory accuracy and participate in store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash handling policies and uphold company procedures
• Follow company policies to maintain security and confidentiality

Qualifications and Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Prior retail experience preferred
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register
• Capacity to work both independently and in a team setting
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
