Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI's vibrant team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized environment for an exceptional customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.) in daily activities.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and neatly organize shelves and displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate clearly with store management.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure inventory accuracy.
• Adhere to cash policies to minimize losses and follow company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Efficient operation of a cash register and store equipment.
• Maintain cleanliness according to company standards.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
• Attention to detail, ability to multitask, and follow instructions efficiently.
• Meet state and local requirements for handling alcoholic beverages.
