Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains a clean and organized environment, offers exceptional customer service, and operates efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and maintaining a tidy store appearance.
• Operate cash registers accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Contribute to inventory management and maintenance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a secure and efficient working environment.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning tasks.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Capability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
