Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a critical role in ensuring the store is well-organized, stocked, and providing exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, operating the cash register, maintaining cleanliness, and collaborating with the team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and assist customers
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Provide feedback to management on products and inventory
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• 18 years or older
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to operate equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
