Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an excellent shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $16.50 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and provide exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and help with store inventory counts
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and maintain confidentiality
• Perform general cleaning duties and other assigned tasks

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register efficiently
• Handle equipment safely and follow company policies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred with retail experience
