Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store is well-organized, merchandise is stocked, and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include cashiering, cleaning, and collaborating with the team to maintain a pleasant shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves neatly, and maintain merchandise displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting shoppers and communicating effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and store operations.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash handling policies.
• Follow company policies ensuring security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of maintaining cleanliness according to company standards.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
