Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join ALDI and contribute to creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. As a Store Team Member, you will handle various tasks such as merchandising, stocking products, operating the cash register, and maintaining a clean store environment.

Position Type

• Full-Time
• 32-40 hours per week

Starting Wage

$17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
• Stock shelves neatly, process customer purchases, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and adhere to cash policies to minimize losses.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate prompt and courteous customer service skills.
• Operate a cash register accurately and efficiently.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
