Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment. Collaborate with the ALDI team to provide exceptional customer service and ensure smooth store operations.

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and contribute to store inventory counts.
• Adhere to cash policies, company procedures, and uphold security measures.

Qualifications

• Minimum age of 18 to work at ALDI.
• Ability to deliver prompt and courteous customer service.
• Operate cash register and store equipment efficiently and safely.
• Follow cleaning standards, company policies, and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
