Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the store's operations run smoothly and customers receive exceptional service. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining cleanliness throughout the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate excellent customer service by working collaboratively with the ALDI team.
• Process customer purchases, maintain store cleanliness, and optimize merchandise displays.
• Communicate effectively with team members and provide feedback to management.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Ability to follow company policies, prioritize tasks, and work independently or within a team
• Prior retail experience and high school diploma preferred
