Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining the store's cleanliness to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the overall shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the ALDI Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Assist customers, collaborate with team members, and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register.
• Aptitude to use store equipment and follow company policies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is desirable.
• Combination of education and experience may be considered.
