Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, cashiering, and ensuring the store is clean and organized to provide our customers with an exceptional shopping experience. You will collaborate with the ALDI team and contribute to maintaining a positive environment for both customers and team members.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Stock shelves, process customer purchases, and maintain a clean store
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers during their shopping experience
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management
• Monitor and report inventory accuracy, cash policies compliance, and other store issues
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold security and confidentiality

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to operate a cash register and store equipment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• High standard of cleanliness and adherence to company policies
• Capability to work independently and as part of a team
• Prior work experience in retail is preferred
