Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our store maintains high standards of merchandising, customer service, and cleanliness, offering a top-notch shopping experience to our customers.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle customer purchases, maintain a clean store environment, and organize merchandise displays.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with management.
• Participate in store inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash registers and equipment efficiently, ensuring accuracy and safety.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older to work at ALDI.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to operate cash registers and store equipment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
