Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks including merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure a positive shopping experience for our customers. You will collaborate with our team members and uphold the ALDI values to provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Deliver superior customer service and assist shoppers with their needs
• Communicate effectively with team members and management
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and other store-related matters
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accuracy
• Adhere to company policies and procedures
• Perform general cleaning duties

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior retail experience is a plus
