Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a key contributor to our team, you will be responsible for various in-store activities such as merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and orderly store environment. Your commitment to exceptional customer service and teamwork will play a vital role in enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills
• Process customer purchases, maintain product displays, and ensure store cleanliness
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers during their visit
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate with store management
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory management, and operational issues
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies and procedures
• Follow company policies, maintain security, and handle data with confidentiality
• Perform other assigned duties as needed

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Customer service and cash register operation experience
• Ability to operate store equipment and perform cleaning tasks
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask efficiently
• High School Diploma preferred
• Prior retail experience a plus
