Job Description

As a Store Team Member at Aldi, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall operation of the store. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain merchandise displays
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management
• Participate in inventory management and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures while ensuring security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide courteous customer service and operate a cash register
• Experience with retail equipment and general cleaning duties
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently or within a team
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
