We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. As a Store Associate, you will play a key role in ensuring our store is well-organized, customers receive exceptional service, and products are displayed neatly. Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, ALDI Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.).
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize shelves and displays.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Communicate effectively with team members and store management.
• Participate in inventory management and follow cash handling policies.
• Adhere to company procedures and contribute to a secure store environment.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement is 18 years.
• Proficiency in cash register operations and equipment handling.
• Ability to follow company policies, clean to standards, and communicate clearly.
• High school diploma is preferred; retail experience is a plus.
