Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers. Your responsibilities will include merchandising, cashiering, and maintaining the cleanliness of the store.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers with shopping needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Stock shelves, maintain merchandise displays, and process customer purchases efficiently.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure the store's security and confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to operate a cash register and other store equipment.
• Excellent communication and organization skills.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
