Job Description

We are hiring a Store Team Member to join our dedicated team at ALDI. As a Store Team Member, you will play a vital role in ensuring the store's success by merchandising and stocking products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Position Type and Compensation

Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Duties and Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets and competencies in daily tasks.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and stock shelves efficiently.
• Deliver outstanding customer service and assist shoppers with their needs.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with management.
• Provide feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Participate in inventory counts and ensure accurate stock levels.
• Adhere to cash handling policies and company procedures.
• Follow all company policies to ensure security and confidentiality.
• Complete any additional assigned tasks.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in customer service and cash handling.
• Ability to operate store equipment safely and efficiently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
