Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at ALDI. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's overall appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform cashiering duties and process customer purchases.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store by stocking shelves and merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers in finding products.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with store management.
• Conduct inventory counts and monitor accuracy of stock levels.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and security measures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Prior retail experience preferred.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
