Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join the ALDI family. As a Store Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring a top-notch shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's core competencies in customer service and teamwork.
• Process customer purchases, maintain cleanliness, and organize merchandise displays.
• Provide exceptional customer assistance and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Contribute feedback on products, inventory, and operational issues.
• Follow cash handling procedures and uphold company policies.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment.
• Capable of meeting physical demands and working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
