Store Team Member

Job Description

Join our team at ALDI as a Store Team Member. In this role, you will be responsible for various in-store tasks including merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to ensure an exceptional shopping experience for our customers.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI's Mindsets, Acts Competencies, and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases, stock shelves, and maintain displays
• Provide excellent customer service and assist shoppers
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively
• Contribute feedback to management on products and store operations
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to cash policies
• Follow company policies and procedures for security and confidentiality

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older
• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service
• Proficient in operating a cash register and store equipment
• Good communication and organizational skills
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
