Store Team Member

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our ALDI team. In this role, you will be responsible for merchandising, stocking products, cashiering, and maintaining a clean store environment to provide exceptional customer service and enhance the shopping experience.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Process customer purchases and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Stock shelves, provide customer assistance, and collaborate with team members.
• Participate in inventory counts and adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Operate cash registers, equipment, and ensure product placement as required.

Requirements

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and operate a cash register effectively.
• Proficiency in equipment operation and following company guidelines.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a team environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience is a plus.
• Combination of education and experience equivalent to the role.
