We are looking for a Store Team Member at Aldi to join our team. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's appearance, assisting customers, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise products, process customer purchases, and maintain cleanliness in the store.
• Provide outstanding customer service and assist shoppers during their visit.
• Collaborate effectively with team members and communicate clearly with management.
• Take part in inventory processes and follow company policies and procedures.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently while upholding ALDI standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service skills and cash register proficiency.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
