Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Store Team Member to join our team at Aldi. As a Store Associate, you will play a vital role in enhancing the customer shopping experience by maintaining product displays, providing exceptional customer service, and collaborating with the team.

Position Details

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $17.50 per hour

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ALDI Acts Competencies and Professional Skills (M.A.P.)
• Process customer purchases and maintain store cleanliness
• Stock shelves and merchandise displays
• Assist customers and communicate effectively with the team
• Provide feedback on products and inventory
• Participate in store inventory counts and follow cash policies
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Minimum age of 18 years
• Customer service and cash register experience
• Ability to operate equipment and perform general cleaning duties
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High school diploma preferred
• Retail experience is a plus
