Job Description

We are looking for dedicated Store Team Members to join our ALDI family. As a Store Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our stores are well-organized, stocked, and provide exceptional customer service.

Position Details

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Average Hours: 32-40 hours per week
• Starting Wage: $18.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and assist shoppers.
• Stock shelves, merchandise displays neatly, and maintain store cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate effectively.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Participate in inventory management and replenishment activities.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to operate a cash register and handle store equipment.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
